Key Responsibilities
  • Transform inbound inquiries into lucrative sales opportunities.
  • Research and source leads to build a robust pipeline of prospective customers through proactive outbound calls.
  • Provide exceptional product and service information, addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Craft tailored solutions that resonate with client requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts that seal the deal!
  • Become the go-to product expert, confidently answering customer questions on specifications and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
  • Organise and facilitate virtual meetings to drive sales forward.
  • Monitor customer trading performance and implement action plans when necessary.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for client issues, delivering prompt and effective solutions.
