Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one coaching to improve sales techniques.
• Listen to sales calls and give constructive feedback.
• Review deals in CRM to ensure the correct sales process.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for sales team.
• Support new sales team members with training.
• Track team performance and identify key metrics.
• Collaborate to optimize processes and implement improvements.
• Handle sales calls and emails as needed.
