Kitson Associates is excited to be working with a leading housing developer in the East Midlands to appoint an experienced Sales Director. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious business offering genuine scope to make your mark at board level.

Role
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional results across multiple sites.
  • Drive sales strategy, pricing, and customer journey to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Work closely with the board to align sales performance with wider business objectives.
  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and development to ensure a high-performing, motivated team at all times.
  • Represent the business externally, building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
About You
  • An established Sales Director (or very experienced Head of Sales ready for the step up) within the new build housing industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth within a residential developer.
  • Commercially astute, strategic, and hands-on when needed.
  • A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
  • East Midlands base, with flexibility to travel across sites as required.
