Responsibilities
  • Operate under the Walkers brand, manage your own territory of over 120 stores visiting around 10–15 per day.
  • Work independently each day, think on your feet, be self‑motivated and have great time‑management skills.
  • Deliver individual KPIs, participate in a supportive team, and champion a designated area to help the team maximise opportunities.
  • Cash and carry visit to collect stock in Booker Medway or Booker Tunbridge Wells.
  • Plan your day using your call file and ensure each store benefits from your visit.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and build strong customer relationships to maximise service.
  • Create, grow, and maintain your own personal portfolio; achieve and exceed business KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Full, manual UK driving licence.
  • Excellent selling and relationship‑building skills.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Strong time‑management and independent work abilities.
  • A positive, persuasive attitude toward work.
  • Experience working to targets.

  • £32,000 annual salary + commission.
