We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team!

📍 Remote-first (UK-based)

💰 From £24,000 - £30,000 (DOE) per annum + uncapped commission

What You’ll Be Doing 📞📩
  • 🔹 Generating new sales opportunities through phone, email, and social media
  • 🔹 Qualifying leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline
  • 🔹 Hitting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • 🔹 Keeping CRM data organised and up to date (HubSpot / Salesforce experience is a plus!)
  • 🔹 Writing accurate reports on booked opportunities
  • 🔹 Representing Punch! and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • 🔹 Collaborating with an incredible team and taking part in fun team incentives 🎉
What We’re Looking For 👀
  • 📞 Experience in Sales, SDR, Telesales, or Lead Generation
  • 🎯 Strong communication and active listening skills under pressure
  • 🖥️ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a bonus!)
  • ⚡ Ambitious, self-starting, and eager to grow in a sales career
  • 💡 Strong social and relationship-building skills – both over the phone and face-to-face
