An excellent opportunity for a motivated Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive to join a growing organisation, driving B2B sales, outbound prospecting and client relationship development.

SALARY: £36,000 - £42,000 OTE (includes Basic Salary of £27,000 per annum)

LOCATION: Remote Working from Home

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive within a fast-paced, high-volume outbound sales environment sourcing opportunities with independent motor dealers across the UK.

As a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive you will engage decision makers, introduce products and services, complete effective fact-finding and qualify opportunities using strong B2B sales and communication skills.

The Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive role requires confidence in objection handling, building rapport and identifying the right partners, using your knowledge of sales processes and customer needs to help grow the organisation’s dealer network.

DUTIES
  • Conduct High-Volume Outbound Calls: Engage UK motor dealers to introduce products and services
  • Complete Effective Fact-Finding: Assess their current finance providers, volume and remuneration structures
  • Qualify Opportunities: Identify suitable dealerships and screen prospects effectively
  • Engage Decision Makers: Build rapport with owners and managers of independent dealerships
  • Handle Objections Professionally: Present solutions confidently and persuasively
  • Promote Products and Services: Explain how the organisation’s offering supports dealer and customer needs
  • Accurately Record Information: Update internal systems with prospect and onboarding details
  • Represent the Organisation Positively: Maintain a professional and personable approach
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous business development experience
  • Previous sales experience within a target-driven environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and an engaging, positive personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to represent the organisation professionally
  • A background in the motor finance or automotive industry (desirable)
