A growing organization is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales and develop client relationships. This remote role involves engaging decision makers from independent motor dealers, conducting outbound calls, and qualifying opportunities. Ideal candidates will have a background in business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent the organization positively. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £42,000 OTE.

SALARY: £36,000 - £42,000 OTE (includes Basic Salary of £27,000 per annum)

As a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive you will engage decision makers, introduce products and services, complete effective fact-finding and qualify opportunities using strong B2B sales and communication skills.
The Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive role requires confidence in objection handling, building rapport and identifying the right partners, using your knowledge of sales processes and customer needs to help grow the organisation’s dealer network.
