The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding commercial team.

As an SDR at Brand Nudge, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business pipeline through targeted lead generation and outreach to decision-makers within the FMCG and CPG industries. You'll work closely with the Head of Sales and New Business team to identify opportunities for our Price & Promotion Tracking and Digital Shelf Analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Utilise automated multi-touch sequences to effectively nurture prospects.
  • Craft compelling, personalised messaging to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Confidently articulate Brand Nudge's value proposition and handle objections effectively.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data within CRM systems (Hubspot experience ideal but not essential).
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs on outbound activity, pipeline generation, and downstream lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Requirements
  • Proven experience (1+ Years) and success in outbound calling and lead generation (B2B SAAS environment preferred).
  • Previous experience in SaaS or Data & Analytics sales advantageous.
  • Strong Academic Background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • High resilience, intellectual curiosity, and a hunger to achieve results.
  • Achieve high outbound call & outreach volumes each day while maintaining the highest quality of interaction.
  • KPI-driven mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Confident using CRM and sales engagement tools.
