This fast-scaling, boutique business at the intersection of Fintech and Alternative Banking are looking for a hungry and driven SDR! Their clients include high-profile, influential organisations, and they pride themselves on an exclusive, service-driven approach. What You’ll Do

  • Make 30-50 cold calls daily, alongside targeted emails and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers
  • Outbound prospecting, booking meetings and building relationships across film finance, film production and fintech
  • Exposure to lots of client meetings, paid events, and consultative selling.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years’ experience booking meetings via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Service oriented and persuasive with the ability to engage decision makers
  • Strong communication style, both verbal and written
  • Confident, ambitious salesperson with a focus on driving new business

This role offers a clear path into an Account Executive position and the opportunity to grow within a rewarding and competitive industry:

  • 0-6 months: Focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline development
  • 6-12 months: Run demos and transition towards an Account Executive role
  • Longer term: Lead SDRs and step into a closing position
