Elevate Sales Development Representative - Customer Demand Generation (UK Based)

What you will do

The Elevate Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying decision-makers and securing highly qualified meetings via phone with C-Level Executives at prestigious companies worldwide.

This role involves connecting with prospects & customers, building rapport, gathering information, and identifying qualified opportunities for our sales teams and Elevate.

You will collaborate with project managers to execute personalized outreach strategies, focusing on complex solutions and targeted accounts.

This position requires a passion for exceeding expectations and delivering results across diverse industries, targeting various decision-maker roles to support growth in new areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure qualified appointments with senior decision-makers
  • Identify & gather information on prospects, navigating company structures
  • Develop new business relationships through calls & emails
  • Learn & communicate our customers' value propositions effectively
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to gather insights and build trust
  • Maintain relationships with prospects & their assistants
  • Provide accurate communication & feedback
  • Identify trends & communicate opportunities
  • Stay educated on technology & business environments
  • Implement lead/demand generation strategies
  • Work independently & collaboratively, reporting activity regularly
  • Ensure accurate time tracking & meet performance targets
  • Contribute to lead generation strategies with sales & marketing teams
  • Assist in preparing proposals & contracts
  • Participate in new business pitches & follow-up
  • Leverage account information to build trust within large accounts
Who you are

A skilled & personable sales/marketing professional experienced in outbound B2B appointment setting, with strong communication skills in verbal and written forms. You are entrepreneurial, eager to learn, and capable of influencing across organizational levels.
