Job summary

Flourish is seeking motivated Sales Development Executives to join a growing shipping and logistics company in the West Midlands. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development, with face-to-face client meetings and a strong emphasis on KPI targets.

Qualifications

• No prior sales or logistics experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts
