Flourish is hiring motivated Junior Account Executives to join our growing shipping and logistics team in the West Midlands. This full sales-cycle role gives you ownership from prospecting through to closing and account development, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Experience working towards KPIs or targets (sales or non-sales backgrounds considered).
• Willingness to prospect and meet clients in person.
• No prior logistics experience required—full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts
