Flourish in West Midlands is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Executive to take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will meet clients face-to-face across the West Midlands, identify new business opportunities, and develop lasting relationships with customers in the logistics sector.

No prior sales or logistics experience is required as full training will be provided. A UK driving licence is essential as you will be visiting clients regularly and managing your own territory.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and account management.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and understand logistics needs.
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and forecasts.
