Flourish in the West Midlands is seeking a Junior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account development. You will meet clients face-to-face, win new business, and build lasting relationships while understanding their logistics needs.

No prior sales or logistics experience is required—full training will be provided. A UK driving license is essential for this on-site role, with uncapped earning potential through OTE.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close and account management.
• Identify and win new opportunities within the West Midlands.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the region.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and understand logistics needs.
• Work toward KPIs and revenue targets and maintain pipeline forecasts.
