Flourish in the West Midlands is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account development. You will meet clients face-to-face, identify new opportunities, and build lasting relationships with customers in the shipping and logistics sector.

Qualificações

• Confident, personable, and professional communicator.
• Motivated by targets, incentives and progression.
• Able to work independently and manage your own territory.
• Experience working towards KPIs or targets is a plus; sales or non-sales backgrounds considered.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and account management.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face‑to‑face client meetings across the West Midlands.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts.
