Flourish in the West Midlands is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and account development. The role emphasizes field-based client engagement and building a strong pipeline within a growing logistics-focused team.

The ideal candidate is confident, target-driven and capable of working independently in a defined territory, with full UK driving license and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Proven ability to meet targets and work autonomously.
• Experience with face-to-face client meetings is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and account management.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts.
