Job summary

Flourish in the West Midlands is seeking a proactive B2B Sales Executive to drive end-to-end sales—from prospecting through to closing and account development. You will meet clients face-to-face across the West Midlands, manage a full sales cycle and push for KPI targets with uncapped earning potential.

The role offers a £35,000 base salary plus £35,000-£45,000 OTE, with training provided and clear progression opportunities within a growing logistics-focused business.

Qualifications

• Experience in full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Confident, personable and professional communicator.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Experience working towards KPIs or targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the West Midlands.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
• Work towards and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts.
