Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Controller or Senior Sales role in a main-dealer environment; high-performing sales executives looking to step up will also be considered.
FCA accreditation is essential.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a focus on customer service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the sales team—providing motivation, coaching, and development—to deliver outstanding results
Conduct regular one to one meetings, manage vehicle part exchanges, and assist with second face customer interactions when needed
Ensure an excellent customer experience by overseeing Sales Executives and coordinating test drives effectively
