Job summary

ACS Automotive Recruitment is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Controller for a busy dealership in the Basingstoke area. This permanent, full-time role offers a hands-on leadership position within a thriving used car operation.

You will work closely with a team of six Sales Executives to maximise performance, manage deals and ensure an exceptional customer journey, with strong support from senior management and progression opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Controller within the motor trade
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Proven ability to drive profitability and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate a team of 6 Sales Executives
• Drive department performance and achieve sales targets
• Manage and stack vehicle deals effectively
• Support sales team throughout the customer journey
• Monitor enquiries, conversions and sales activity
• Ensure FCA and dealership compliance standards
• Assist management with reporting, forecasting and stock performance
• Maintain high showroom standards and customer satisfaction
