Job summary

Used Car Superstore in Cannock is expanding its sales team and seeks a Sales Controller to drive performance, maximise every opportunity and support a busy showroom operation.

You’ll be hands-on, manage deals, push through objections, and help sales executives convert customers while meeting targets in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.

This is a strong earning opportunity with £42,000–£49,000 base, up to £2,000 per month bonus and OTE £70,000+ in a role that rewards initiative and results.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience required.
• Experience as Sales Controller, Senior Sales Executive or similar.
• Strong closing ability and commercial awareness.
• Confident in handling customers and supporting deals.
• Able to work to targets.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and driving performance across the showroom.
• Managing deals and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Helping sales executives convert more customers.
• Pushing deals through and overcoming objections.
• Managing pipeline, deal flow and daily activity.
• Maintaining high standards from first enquiry through to handover.
