Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Experience as a Sales Controller, Senior Sales Executive or similar.
• A strong closer with excellent commercial awareness.
• Confident managing customers and supporting deals.
• Competitive, driven and comfortable working to targets.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and driving performance across the showroom.
• Managing deals and maximising every sales opportunity.
• Helping sales executives convert more customers.
• Pushing deals through and overcoming objections.
• Managing pipeline, deal flow and daily activity.
• Maintaining high standards from first enquiry through to handover.
• Working closely with the management team to deliver exceptional results.
