Our client, a prominent high-volume used car dealership in Stoke-on-Trent, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Controller to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Sales Controller to take on a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-earning environment.

With a large stock of over 550 vehicles, the dealership offers significant career progression potential and attractive earning opportunities.

• Competitive basic salary of £30,000
• Uncapped commission with an OTE exceeding £60,000 - 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
• Monday to Friday working hours of 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, and rotational Sunday 10am-4pm

• Motivate, mentor, and develop the sales team in your role as a Sales Controller
• Monitor individual and team performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Foster a positive, high-energy sales environment focused on delivering excellent customer service
• Proven experience in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style environment
• Previous experience as a Sales Controller or in a sales leadership role is a strong advantage
• Confident closer with leadership skills to motivate and develop the team
• Well-organised, target-driven, and professional approach
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
• FCA accreditation or willingness to undertake training as required
