A luxury retail brand in Cheltenham seeks passionate individuals for part-time Sales Consultant positions. You will deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge while aiding in general store operations. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills and flexibility, coupled with a commitment to luxury and personal grooming standards. The Opportunity
We are looking for 2 dedicated individuals, with a passion for luxury to join us as Sales Consultants in our Cheltenham store. There are 2 part-time roles, working 10 hours per week, on a 5 month fixed term contract (Ending January 2026).
As the face of our brand, you will provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized selling approach, you will see the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensorial customer experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. Alongside this, you will assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.

With a high level of personal grooming standards, you will have a passion for luxury and champion our brand values. You must be able to work well in a team, having the drive and motivation to achieve both store and personal KPI’s and have flexibility in your working arrangements to be able to suit business requirements.
