A strategic workforce development organization seeks a Sales & Commercial Operations Lead to enhance their commercial strategy and operations. This role involves planning sales trials, improving customer engagement, and translating insights into actionable strategies. Ideal candidates will have sales operations experience, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to design effective strategies. The position is full-time, home-based with some travel expected in England and a competitive salary package.
Hours: Full-time (36 hours per week)
Job Status: Fixed term for 12 months
Location: Home based with the expectation of some travel within England
Salary: £58,308.29 per annum

This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone with both sales and commercial operations experience to make a real impact – helping to define how we grow our reach, strengthen our commercial performance, and build the foundation for sustainable growth.
