We are looking for a Sales Associate/Ops specialist for a permanent position, full-time in our Salomon Store in Covent Garden, London.

Your role

To perform this job successfully, you will:

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales
• Accompany and advise customers in order to provide them with a high-level customer experience, propose complementary products (additional sales)
• Be proficient in Sales Techniques and the Digital Tools available in store in order to provide outstanding customer service
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store
• Assist in protecting company assets-Fr and safety and loss Prevention and ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized
• Be confident at cash handling
• Master standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising and community marketing principles
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture
