Job description

Margaret Howell is a contemporary British clothing designer who has worked successfully in men’s and women’s clothing for over five decades. Today, Margaret Howell clothes are sold worldwide with 12 own shops in Europe, over 70 outlets in Japan and an established online business.

We are seeking a highly motivated retail professional to sell our womenswear and menswear collection at our Wigmore Street shop.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional level of service
  • Maintain standards of presentation and housekeeping
  • Work to achieve sales targets
  • Give advice and information to customers about the collection
  • Handle and maintain stock with accuracy and efficiency
Role Requirements
  • Previous experience in high‑end retail sales
  • Self‑motivated and focused on quality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An interest in womenswear, menswear and design
  • Demonstrate initiative, taking every opportunity to apply collection knowledge in promotion of the brand
HOURS

28 hours per week, subject to the fixed Wigmore Street rota.
