Overview

At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to "Make it easy for men to dress well" and we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the Guildford store with Alison and the Team. This contract is 8 hours per week (overtime also available). The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Offer exceptional customer service and maximise sales and KPI targets.
  • Provide expert product and selling skills knowledge to help customers and stay up to date with store ranges and promotions.
  • Support and collaborate with colleagues to improve team and store efficiency.
  • Perform stock-related tasks including stock checks, replenishment and processing deliveries.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards, adhering to VM and Health and Safety guidelines.
