A leading outdoor retailer in Cardiff is seeking a Sales Team Member to provide outstanding customer service and assist in stock operations. In this role, you'll work across all areas of the store, helping customers find their perfect products and ensuring a smooth process in sales and deliveries. The position offers flexible working hours with various benefits including discounts and a supportive work environment. Working as part of a fast‑paced store team, your top priority will be to offer outstanding service and excellent stock operations to our customers. In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route, for example, because the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level are not met.
