A leading fitness organization in Leigh is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth and enhance member experience. This full-time leadership role involves leading sales initiatives, coaching teams, and developing strong partnerships within the community. As a Sales & Retention Manager , you’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, maximising retention, and ensuring our live member movement continues to grow. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a full-time leadership role where you’ll lead sales initiatives, support the wider team, and ensure every member’s journey is seamless from the first visit onwards. You’ll be the ambassador for sales excellence in your club, leading by example, implementing smart strategies, and building strong relationships both inside and outside of the gym.
