Job Title: Sales and Membership Executive
Location: Norwich
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 + Commission
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client is a well known wildlife park and is an award-winning family attraction. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their team to help to grow the membership base and drive new business opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities
  • You will play a key role in creating compelling presentations and proposals that resonate with prospective clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with corporate clients.
  • Develop tailored pitches, proposals, and sponsorship deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential supporters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling packages and offerings.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of membership and corporate partnerships.
  • Help lead the creation, promotion, and execution of animal encounter experiences, ensuring experiences are safe, educational, and engaging.
  • This role is hybrid – 1-2 days at home.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
  • Strong sales experience with pitching, developing bespoke packages, and securing corporate partnerships or sponsorships.
  • Experience creating and managing successful membership initiatives and customer-centric programs.
  • Knowledge of animal welfare standards, conservation principles, and relevant safety regulations is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively when tailoring proposals.
  • Highly motivated, organised, and results-driven.

This role is commutable from: Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Banham, Norwich.
