Location: Leicester area

Hours:

– Monday-Thursday: 08:00-17:00

– Friday: 08:00-14:30

Start: Immediate

The Opportunity

an established and growing business is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support its sales function while assisting with the delivery of marketing activity. This is a varied, hands‑on role combining internal sales support, lead generation, quotation tracking and brand awareness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
  • Work towards individual sales and activity targets
  • Build, manage and maintain client and prospect databases
  • Identify suitable opportunities using lead generation and tender platforms
  • Prepare and issue quotations and samples
  • Update and track quotations using a CRM system
  • Proactively follow up quotations via phone and email
  • Liaise closely with suppliers to build strong working relationships
  • Identify potential commercial and financial opportunities
Marketing Support
  • Assist with planning and delivering marketing campaigns
  • Support content creation including brochures, case studies, emails and social media
  • Update and maintain website content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications
  • Track and report on marketing activity where required
General Duties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners
  • Uphold company values, culture and professional standards
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Provide wider business support as needed
Skills & Experience Required
  • Recent experience in an internal sales or sales & marketing role
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
  • Confident and professional communicatorStrong customer focus and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to prioritise workload
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Marketing or content experience beneficial but not essential
