New Homes Sales Advisor (Floating Position)

Location: Tamworth & Surrounding Areas

Our client, a well-established and growing new homes builder, is looking for a motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team in a floating roleTamworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property sales who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working across multiple sites.

The Role

• Floating between new homes developments in and around Tamworth
• Engaging with prospective buyers and delivering an excellent customer experience
• Managing enquiries, viewings, and the sales process through to completion
• Maintaining high presentation standards across show homes and sales offices
• Representing the brand professionally at all times

About You

• Previous experience in New Homes sales (preferred)
• Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexible and happy to travel between sites
• Target-driven with a positive attitude

What’s on Offer

• Basic Salary: £27,000
• Working days: Thursday – Monday
• Weekday hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm
• Weekend hours: Saturday & Sunday, 11:00am – 5:00pm
• Floating role offering variety across developments
