Sales Advisor – Charity Programme (Part-Time)
Hours : 20 hours per week | Flexible working available
Location : Fordingbridge (office-based with flexibility)
Salary : £38,000 FTE + 10% commission (pro rata : up to £20,000 per annum including commission)
We’re looking for a motivated and confident Sales Advisor to join a well-established organisation supporting a charity‑led IT services programme. You’ll work with local businesses, handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to promote services that deliver real value to the community.
This is a part‑time role (20 hours per week) offering flexible working arrangements and the chance to be part of purpose‑driven work.
Handle inbound sales enquiries from local businesses interested in charitable IT services.
Make outbound calls to introduce and promote the charity programme.
Clearly explain the benefits and impact of the organisation’s IT services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with business owners and decision‑makers.
Follow up on leads and progress opportunities to completion.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Work towards achievable sales and engagement targets.
Represent the organisation professionally and ethically at all times.
Previous experience in sales, telesales, fundraising, or customer service preferred.
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Confident communicator with strong rapport‑building skills.
Organised, reliable, and self‑motivated with attention to detail.
Positive attitude and an interest in charity‑led or purpose‑driven initiatives.
Able to manage workload effectively within a part‑time schedule.
Competitive part‑time salary with commission (pro rata).

Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends).
