Job description
Overview

Sales Administrator required by a Main Car Dealership to join the existing team. The role involves managing stock records, processing transfers and payments for new vehicles, and supporting the supply of vehicles to customers and departments.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records and take necessary actions to ensure vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles.
  • Locate sold orders not in stock and arrange required transfer and payment, in line with commitments to customers and notify the salesperson of anticipated shortfalls.
  • Process all requests for vehicles to be transferred out, ensuring documentation is complete, vehicles are removed from stock lists, and any required payments are received.
  • Monitor the receipt of vehicle deliveries to ensure alignment with orders and updating vehicle stock records with accurate details.
  • Process customer files and invoices, maintain up-to-date stock information, and keep orderly records and filing systems.
  • Build effective relationships with suppliers, colleagues, trade and retail customers, and assist other departments to ensure the effective supply of vehicles.
  • Prepare general correspondence as requested.
