Job summary

Jago Consultants is recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator in the Salisbury area within a prestige automotive dealership. The role requires prior Sales Administrator experience and strong customer service skills.

You will handle invoicing, taxation forms, stock movements and vehicle transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. You must be highly organised and capable of working independently or in a team, with working knowledge of Kerridge and ADP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month end analyses of all sales invoices for commissions and filing.
• Complete taxation forms for applications and refunds, raise cheques for sign off.
• Withdraw stock sales from records and manage vehicle adoption and payments.
• Locate sold orders not in stock and arrange transfers and payments as needed.
• Process vehicle transfer requests, ensure documentation is complete and payments received.
• Monitor vehicle deliveries to ensure they match orders and update stock records.

Job description

I am recruiting for a prestigious automotive dealership in the Salisbury area who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their hugely successful dealership.

The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience as a Sales Administrator and proven customer service experience skills.

• Prepare month end analyses of all sales invoices so that sales commissions can be calculated and then file invoices
• Complete taxation forms in respect of applications and refunds, raising cheques for sign off as required
• Ensure that all sales from stock are withdrawn from stock records and that necessary actions are taken to ensure vehicle adoption and payment for new vehicles
• Locate sold orders not in stock and order or arrange necessary transfer and payment, in line with commitment to customer notifying sales person of any anticipated shortfalls
• Process all requests for vehicles to be transferred out ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete, vehicles removed from stock lists and any necessary payments received
• Monitor the receipt of vehicle deliveries to ensure that they are in line with orders made and vehicle details are added to vehicle stock records
• Prepare general correspondence as requested
