Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing manufacturing business in the North West. They are seeking a reliable and proactive Sales Administrator to support their commercial function and ensure the smooth running of sales operations.

Reporting into the Sales Office Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in order processing, customer communication and sales support. This is a varied position with responsibility across sales, operations and accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer quotes, orders and invoices accurately
  • Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline reports
  • Communicate with customers on order progress, lead times and queries
  • Support the sales team with proposals, tenders and documentation
  • Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports for management
  • Liaise with operations and accounts to ensure seamless delivery
  • Provide general administration and support to the wider team
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in sales administration, order processing or customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM / ERP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • Proactive, adaptable and a team player
