Are you an experienced Sales Administrator and would like to work for a great family run business who are going through a period of growth? You will be working in a vibrant and lively team environment with a fantastic opportunity to develop within the business. There is a salary of £27,000 plus many benefits.

The Role

Assist the inbound sales team with incoming calls and emails, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly and professionally.

Manage & Process spares, parts, and repairs orders from initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing.

Conduct discovery calls with potential customers to gather key project details and qualify leads.

Provide clear, timely updates to customers regarding order progress, delivery times, and general queries.

Maintain a friendly, professional, and solution-focused approach in all communication.

Support the wider sales team with daily admin duties, quote preparation, order processing and invoicing.

Accurately update customer records, order details, and communication logs within the CRM system.

Maintain and update spreadsheets, project trackers, and Google Maps data for customer locations and sales routes.

Assist with compiling reports for weekly and monthly sales meetings.

Posting brochures to potential customers

Organise internal celebrations such as birthday cards, staff gifts, and team events.

Maintain office supplies and help ensure the workspace runs smoothly and efficiently.

Schedule internal meetings, take notes, and follow up on action points when required.

Being able to work in a fast-paced office environment

Driving licence

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
