Sales Administrator
Temp – Ongoing | Potential Temp to Perm
£12.82 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: LE67

As they continue to grow and evolve, they’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their team.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
️ Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly approach
️ Producing and managing quotes, processing customer orders, and updating internal systems
️ Liaising closely with the warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
️ Raising and checking invoices, resolving any issues that may crop up along the way
️ Creating tailored documents and visual work to match specific product types and client needs
️ Taking ownership of general admin tasks and supporting wider team projects as required

You’ll need to be confident using Microsoft Office, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is available immediately and looking for a role where no two days are the same.
