We are looking for young, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about fashion and interested in joining us for training and a future sales position within the store. We are actively seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Sales Assistant to join the Chelsea, London boutique team, representing the exclusive Italian children’s fashion brand La Stupenderia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail and to grow within the fashion industry, in a warm, elegant, and customer-focused environment where attention to detail and a love for beautiful things are key.

Key Training / Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a high level of service and professionalism
• Support the team in maintaining the visual standards of the boutique
• Learn about the brand’s philosophy and collections
• Handle basic operational tasks (stock organization, packaging, etc.)
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming store atmosphere
• A genuine interest in childrenwear fashion and retail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Fluent in English; Arabic is appreciated (Italian is a plus)
• Use of PCs
