We are seeking a Safeguarding and Attendance Officer who is passionate about protecting and supporting young people. The successful candidate will be caring, approachable and confident in advocating for students when needed.

This is a demanding and fast‑paced role that requires resilience, strong organisational skills and the ability to learn quickly. You will need to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and remain calm under pressure.

This post will further strengthen our pastoral team and is ideally suited to someone with significant safeguarding or pastoral experience. Flexibility is essential, as the role will occasionally require work outside a typical school day.
