Resourcing Group is seeking a skilled corporate trainer for a UK-based software organisation in the South West. You will design and deliver a comprehensive training curriculum for internal and external users, acting as a subject-matter expert for the core product suite and developing assessments to ensure effective software adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience as corporate or technical trainer in SaaS, ideally within healthcare contexts.
• LMS, screen-recording, and video editing tools familiarity is essential.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows/regulations (GDPR, consent) is desirable.
• Collaborative, self-starter mindset with strong organisational abilities.
• Willingness to travel for onsite training and go-live support.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK and willing to undergo a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a training curriculum for internal and external users.
• Deliver engaging online and in-person training as SME for core product suite.
• Develop and administer competency assessments for software adoption.
• Provide tailored training support for onboarding, go-lives, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales to deliver software demonstrations and workshops.
• Proactively manage your own backlog and coordinate with the wider team.
