Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking a corporate trainer to design, deliver, and continually improve training programs for our SaaS portfolio. You will run online and in-person sessions, create assessments, and support new client onboarding and go-lives.

The role requires strong presentation and facilitation skills, familiarity with LMS and video tools, and willingness to travel for onsite trainings across client sites in the UK. DBS clearance is expected.

Qualifications

Experience as corporate/technical trainer in SaaS preferred.
Familiarity with LMS, screen-recording and video editing tools.
Excellent presentation, public speaking and facilitation skills.
Knowledge of UK regulatory contexts and DBS readiness is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum for internal and external users.
Deliver engaging online and in-person training as the subject matter expert for the core product suite.
Develop and administer competency assessments to ensure effective software adoption.
Provide tailored training support for onboarding, go-lives, and continuous improvement plans.
Collaborate with sales account management to deliver software demonstrations and workshops.
Proactively manage your own backlog and organise time with the wider team.
