Job summary

YT Technologies in Bath seeks a dynamic Software Trainer to drive adoption of our SaaS platforms. You will design curricula, create engaging content, and deliver training sessions to administrators and specialists, online and on-site.

You will collaborate with sales for product demos, assess learning outcomes, and support continuous improvement through participant feedback. Travel to client sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a corporate/technical trainer in a SaaS environment.
• Excellent public speaking and facilitation abilities.
• Able to design and refresh training content for a diverse audience.
• Comfortable with traveling to client sites for onsite training.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and data regulations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum.
• Deliver engaging sessions online and in person.
• Create training content using LMS and recording tools.
• Act as SME on core software products and demos for sales teams.
• Develop assessments and monitor post-training impact.
• Manage workload to align with team goals.
