Job summary

TagCare is seeking a Software Trainer to join the team on a full‑time, permanent basis, office‑based in the United Kingdom. You will lead onboarding, deliver tailored training for homecare software, and support customers to achieve long-term success.

You will develop training content, coordinate with colleagues and external providers, and nurture strong relationships with accounts to ensure confident product use and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in software training, communications, account management, or customer success.
• Experience in SaaS.
• Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management.
• Organisational skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by training on how to use homecare software.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and tailor training to their needs.
• Build strong relationships and be the go-to for product guidance and support.
• Identify areas for improvement by reviewing customer journeys.
• Coordinate with team members and third-party providers to stay on track.
