Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking a skilled corporate trainer for a SaaS environment in the UK. The role involves designing and delivering courses for internal and external users, plus developing assessments to measure software adoption. Travel for onsite training and go-live support is expected.

The ideal candidate will have strong LMS experience, excellent presentation skills, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. A DBS check and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar in SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of LMS, screen-recording and video editing tools.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows/regulations (GDPR, consent) desirable.
• Collaborative, self-starter mindset with strong organisational abilities.
• Willingness to travel for onsite training and go-live support.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK; willing to undergo basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a training curriculum for internal and external users.
• Deliver engaging online and in-person training as a subject matter expert for the core product suite.
• Develop competency assessments to ensure effective software adoption.
• Provide training support for client onboarding, go-lives and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales to deliver software demonstrations and workshops.
• Manage your own backlog and coordinate with the team.
