Job summary

TagCare is seeking a Software Trainer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This office-based role (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) focuses on training customers to use our homecare software and onboarding new clients. You will develop training content, deliver tailored sessions, and support long-term customer success while building strong relationships.

Working with a small, dedicated team, you’ll drive improvements across onboarding journeys. Salary is £40,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in software training, communications, account management, or customer success.
• Experience in SaaS.
• Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management.
• Organisational skills.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and guide them through implementation.
• Deliver training for existing customers and develop training content.
• Review customer journeys to identify improvement areas.
• Provide consultative, solution-focused support to overcome challenges.
• Coordinate with team members and third-party providers to stay on track.
