Job summary

Ark Recruitment in Exeter offers a Sales Development Representative role in a hybrid setup (Exeter, 1 day on site). You will prospect new business, engage with potential clients, and book high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.

You will use outbound calls, emails, video, and LinkedIn to connect with decision-makers, build relationships, and support the company’s commercial success. £30k base plus £12.5k OTE.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound prospecting (SDR/BDR/inside sales) is required.
• Confident speaking with senior decision-makers via phone, email, video, and social.
• Track record of generating new business opportunities and building pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send targeted emails to engage prospects and secure appointments.
• Leverage LinkedIn and social media to identify and nurture potential leads.
• Qualify and score leads to provide strong opportunities for Account Executives.
• Track prospecting activity and data in the CRM.
• Provide feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality and market trends.
• Trial new sales enablement tools and approaches to improve outreach.
