Certus Recruitment Group in Cheltenham is hiring an Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new recruitment opportunities across the UK. This hybrid role offers a £25,000 base plus £35,000–£40,000 OTE, with benefits and career development supported by an established team.

You’ll identify potential clients in Go-to-Market and Technology recruitment, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities and hand them to experienced consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR/BD or recruitment is essential.
• Proven outbound prospecting and lead generation capability.
• Confident speaking with decision-makers and building relationships.

Responsabilités

• Identify businesses and hiring opportunities across the UK technology market.
• Prospect into potential clients across GTM and Technology recruitment.
• Use LinkedIn, CRM, databases, email and phone to engage prospects.
• Research businesses, hiring activity and key decision-makers.
• Initiate conversations with senior stakeholders and qualify opportunities.
• Develop relationships and create qualified opportunities for the team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants and management.
• Follow up and develop opportunities through to qualified meetings.
