Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Hampstead is looking for a Band 4 Rotational Technician in Pharmacy Production Services. The role involves assisting in running the Sterile Production Unit and ensuring all products meet Good Manufacturing Practice. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services and will rotate between teams. Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy is required along with strong skills in aseptic preparation. The position offers a salary ranging from £33,094 to £36,195 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital pharmacy or drug manufacturing environment.
• Portfolio of pharmacy practice skills and CPD.
• Able to make aseptically prepared and non-sterile products.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chief Technician in running the Sterile Production Unit.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, COSHH, and Health and Safety.
• Deputise for Senior Technician as required.

Skills

Ability to train and assess others

Accurate procedure following under pressure

Preparation of fine and accurate medicines

Good aseptic skills with negative broth runs

Pharmacy computer and IT skills

Education

NVQ Pharmacy Services Level 3 or equivalent

Registered with General Pharmaceutical Council
