Overview

Room Service (In-Room Dining) Waiter/Waitress (Breakfast and lunch shifts) at Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel. We provide first-class service and delicious food and drinks as part of the guest experience. As the friendly face of the 399 guest bedrooms, 7 Meeting and Events spaces, and Atrio Restaurant and Bar, you will lead by example in delivering memorable in-room dining experiences.

We are looking for our Room Service Waiter/Waitress who:

Responsibilities

• Delivers food and beverages to guest bedrooms promptly and courteously
• Ensures all orders are accurate and up to our high standards
• Responds to guest requests and ensures satisfaction
• Co-ordinates with the team to provide excellent service
• Is fully flexible to work on a rota basis (mainly morning shifts)
• Has previous experience as a Room Service Waiter/Waitress
