Job description

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner (Preschool Age)

4 day week, 7.30am-6pm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the preschool room to ensure the implementation of our curriculum, routines and values.
• Ensure safeguarding is maintained at all times.
• Keyperson role.
• Support the care and education of children within our child‑led, home‑from‑home setting.
• Support the observation and assessment of children to plan opportunities that help them achieve their next steps.
• Be a play partner and provide learning opportunities through play, exploration and discovery.
